Frequency + Intention = Healing
~ Jonathan Goldman
My path as a healer has been shaped by a lifelong journey of personal transformation.
I’m certified in Usui Reiki Level 1, 200-hour Yoga, EFT, and Sound Healing, and I draw from these tools to support deep, intuitive healing.
As a mother, grandmother, artist, trauma survivor, and empath, I bring warmth, presence, and lived wisdom to my practice.
My intention is to hold a grounded, safe, and nurturing space where you are seen and heard, release what no longer serves you, and welcome in meaningful shifts through sound, movement, energy work, or stillness.
Schedule and investment below..
A few ways to experience a sound bath with me…
Schedule a personalized one-on-one
session that starts with a discussion about what you’re ready to release.
This can be combined with an EFT session, or stand alone as a sound healing session.
This can happen at my place or yours.
$108 for a stand-alone 1-hour sound bath
$144 for a 90-minute EFT/Sound Bath combination
At your home - add $36.
$144 for a stand-alone 1-hour sound bath at your place.
$180 for a 90-minute EFT/Sound Bath combined at your place.
Schedule a group sound bath at your place. If you live in a place with others and have a space big enough for everyone to lie down or sit in comfortable chairs, I can come to you.
$144 for a 1-hour group soundbath
Starting September 1, 2025, I will be holding sound baths at my place.
You’ll have the option to sign up for regularly scheduled sessions, or you can organize a group of friends, co-workers, employees, family, etc.
Weekly Group Sound Bath Schedule
Tuesday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 am
Wednesday evenings 6:30 to 7:30 pm
These group sound baths will begin with a 5-10 minute seated or lying-down grounding meditation to facilitate the transition from your previous state to this present moment, in this space, just for you.
PLEASE NOTE - Arrive on time, or better yet, 5-10 minutes early to get settled. Arriving late can be disruptive.
PARKING - Please park in the drive, if available, in front of parked cars in the drive, or in front of the house on either side of 904. You can also park across the street or up to the stop sign on Valley St.
