My path as a healer has been shaped by a lifelong journey of personal transformation.
I’m certified in Usui Reiki Level 1, 200-hour Yoga, EFT, and Sound Healing, and I draw from these tools to support deep, intuitive healing.
As a mother, grandmother, artist, trauma survivor, and empath, I bring warmth, presence, and lived wisdom to my practice.
My intention is to hold a grounded, safe, and nurturing space where you are seen and heard, release what no longer serves you, and welcome in meaningful shifts through sound, movement, energy work, or stillness.

Schedule a personalized one-on-one
session that starts with a discussion about what you’re ready to release.
This can be combined with an EFT session, or stand alone as a sound healing session.

$108 for a 1-hour sound bath based on your intentions here at my place.
$153 for a 90-minute EFT/Sound Bath combination
At your home - add $36.
$142 for a stand-alone 1-hour sound bath at your place.

If you live with others and have a space big enough for everyone to lie down or sit in comfortable chairs, I can come to you.
